Sunday chills, comfort food and florals

 This weekend has been a very relaxed and laid back one, I think I deserve a relaxed weekend after my mums hectic birthday weekend. Most recently I nominated my mum into a competition for being the best mum ever! In a chance to win some lovely bedding from our favourite shop ''The Hidden Jem.'' We so surprised that we won and so over whelmed as we never win anything, it really did make my mum smile = which is the best thing ever.

 

Front

My mum won a beautiful bed spread in the same matching floral pattern to this cushion. My mum however has let me ''borrow'' this cushion. Personally I think it goes perfectly with the décor in my bedroom so it is only fair if I keep it. Don't you think?

The back of the cushion is just as beautiful as the front, I may use the reverse too considering I cannot get over how pretty the floral pattern is! I love how the cushion is such good quality and super comfy too.

 I thought it would be silly not to capture the cushion combined with my other ones I already have, I could not believe how perfect they all looked together. The colour palette works so well combined with all my other accessories in my bedroom too.

I am so proud to say this is my first proper meal of this week! I have been so poorly this week and I finally bucked up the courage to eat something normal with a bit of substance too it. Sweet potato is my absolute fave so anything combined with it is perfect!

I have done alot of blogging this week, it has helped me to focus on something and become motivated again. It has taken a very long time but I am definitely motivated now to make a change. I found this lovely background of a recent blog I found and thought it was something so pretty to decorate my desktop with, it inspires and motivates me every-time I use my laptop.
